Frequently Asked Questions about Waterview Cabin
Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome with no extra charges or fees. Waterview Cabin is fenced and has plenty of space for your pets to explore. Please note, however, that there are other dogs and wildlife in the area that are not leashed. Kennels and crates are not required unless you plan on leaving your dogs inside the house while you are away. We also request that pets who do enjoy the indoors are housebroken. Damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
Is there a boat ramp nearby?
Yes, there is a State Park with a boat ramp, picnic areas and a beach just a short drive down the road. The park does charge a small usage fee.
Do you provide bed linens?
All of the beds in the cabin are fully made with clean sheets, blankets and a comforter. We do not provide daily maid service but there are extra bed linens provided should you need them.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we will provide clean towels and washcloths but we do suggest that you bring your own beach towels.
Are your cabins non-smoking?
Smoking is allowed on the deck and other outdoor areas. There is NO smoking indoors.
Do you have TV?
There is a color TV with satellite and a DVD player in the living room. We also have DVDs from various genres for use during your stay.
Is there Internet Access on Site?
No! It's not a vacation if you have to work on your computer.
Will my cell phone work at Waterview Cabin?
Most cell phones will work in various areas on, around, or near Waterview Cabin. From our experience, Cingular has been the most consistent in the cabin while Sprint has been the least.
When is check in and check-out?
Normal check-in is 3 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. If you are interested in early check-in or late check out, please inquire when making your reservation. Provided there are no other guests scheduled for the nights before or after your stay, we can be flexible with your check-in and check-out times. If other guests are scheduled, we ask that you honor the usual check-in and check-out times. This allows us to prepare the Cabin for the next guest. |
